Bro, I love your stuff. Not in a prideful way, but I always felt a little stronger and faster than the rest. I guess God just made me that way. Injuries are the worst but you just got to power through and train your hardest. I started running again last year. Haven’t run in competition yet, but I think I am going to try this new Barnezy plan! You’re an inspiration my man. Keep the posts coming!
